WTH Amazon?

I am in the process of adding more natural remedies in my life rather than continue to put all of these chemicals in my body. I have GERD, So taking medication for my anxiety and depression has been causing excessive heart burn and ulcers. I had no choice but to ween off my meds. Well, lately I have started to feel a bit of the anxiety and depression coming back. So I started looking for a natural supplement to ease these negative emotions. 
I found one and it was supposed to arrive today. Instead due to a mix up at Amazon's distribution center I received disposable scalpels. That's right , 10 tiny, extremely sharp knives that doctors use to cut you open during surgery. This was pretty disturbing to me. You don't send depressed people the means to harm themselves Amazon! I am glad I was in a good place mentally today, or this could have been really devastating. I don't know if any of you suffer from severe depression, but this could have been considered a " sign " for lack of better words, that the product they ordered wasn't going to work so they would be better off using these. There are just so many bad scenarios I could see happening because of this.
I am lucky to have a good support system. I know I looked horrified when I hope the box. I had just told my husband what it's supposed to be. He grabbed the box and laughed , because he has a morbid sense of humor like mine. My son knows I'm a reviewer and very seriously stated " mom, I don't want to be the test subject for this. " 
So I contacted the seller to let them know what happened. I thought I would get a reply in a few days but to my surprise it was less than 30 minutes. The CEO contacted me and apologized. He was very kind and understanding about the entire situation. I like that even though this was not his fault , but an error at Amazon's distribution center, he still took the blame and fixed the situation. He even gave me his personal number to call if I had rather do that than email. I really don't like to talk on the phone though. I never really have. 
After I am able to try the product I will update this article with the company name. At this time I want to wait and see if they do resolve this situation. 

Also bare with me I am new to blogging . My laptop is down so I am doing this through my kindle and my phone. I will add pictures when I figure out how to do that using smaller devices.

A new beginning

It's time for a change. In this new journey I will be reviewing for multiple companies but for my pet project I will be finding and reviewing companies that cater to the Craft. It's no secret I have been a witch for 20 plus years. I am so tired of reading reviews from non witches on witchy products. I also plan to ask some of my longtime witch friends to step in and help with the reviews.
May the goddess bless this new journey and make it a successful and peaceful meeting ground for my fellow witches.
